One of the most important things you'll want to do before your trip to the Northwest is to invest in one of the many different Seattle discount books available.

These books have a load of different discounts coupons for Seattle and its surrounding areas, and while there are a few different books to choose from, the best one I've found is the Seattle TourSaver book.

So what makes this discount book so good for the Seattle area? Well, I think the first thing that really stands out about it is that every coupon in the book is either a 2-for-1 deal or a free-item deal. This is great because you know exactly what kinds of coupons you are going to get in the book when you buy it. You don't have to wonder if the coupons are going to be worth it, because you already know!

The second reason I think this coupon book is perfect for Seattle is that it includes a number of different categories: Accommodations, adventure, coffee, cooking, cruises, internet services, tickets and admission, tours, wine tasting, transportation, and internet services. Whoa! If it's not on that list, it's probably something you're not going to want to do anyway.

One last thing is that you can either order these books or pick them up in Seattle at the Argosy Cruises Visitor Center at Pier 56 on Alaskan Way between Seneca and University.

So are there any drawbacks? Well, that's a good question. One of the things I don't like about this is that you still have to pay for most of the things you want to do, and the prices could change, which makes it difficult to plan on how much you're going to be spending while visiting the different Seattle tourist attractions.

One way to overcome that, though, is to check out the Go Seattle Card. This card is great because you pay a discount price for over 30 different Seattle attractions right up front and then don't have to worry about paying anything else when you get there. That way you don't have to wonder how much each attraction is going to cost because you will already have paid a lower price for them beforehand.

It comes down to what you prefer but both of the above options for discount coupons in Seattle will help save you money on your next trip.
